Anyhow, I'm going to go back to this repair guy and have him install the capacitor recommended by Louis Rossman Repair Group or Edward on this site. So I got a new AC adapter and the problem was solved.
I finally got a Rogers Tech that knew what she was talking about and she discovered that I had the wrong AC adapter with the wrong voltage connecting the modem to the outlet. I know nothing about electronics but recall a situation this year where I kept losing internet connectivity from my Rogers Rocket modem. I used the computer all day yesterday and it only crashed twice, which makes me believe that you need the right capacitor and right voltage. I have no idea what voltage it is but the crashes are far less. Took it back and he popped in another aluminum version of a 470MicroFarad instead of the 330Microfarads that came with the board.

Continued to crash - even worse (every 10 minutes) running anything - especially on the Internet or using my music production software (Logic X). Took it to a repair guy in TO (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) and he switched out the famous C9560 capacitor with a similar Apple one. It crashed regularly (like every 1 hour).
